These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and Naga3388 ("Naga3388", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at naga3388.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are aged21 years or older. Naga3388 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by any person under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, and you have independently verified your own legal ability to use the Platform under laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of Naga3388or any of its affiliated gaming partners.
• You are acting with your own funds and not on behalf of, or with funds provided by, any third party.

Each Player may holdone (1) Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Naga3388 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify Naga3388 immediately at[email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All deposits to the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Naga3388 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and all participating FPX member banks
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow QR
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), BNB (BSC)
• Cash Deposit: 7-Eleven Cliq (subject to availability and handling fees)

You agree that all funds deposited to the Platform originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods registered in another person's name are prohibited and will be treated as a potential fraud risk.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard. Naga3388 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Naga3388 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may levy their own transaction charges, over which Naga3388 has no control.

Withdrawal requests are processed in MYR. Players must withdraw funds to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows (subject to successful KYC completion):

• E-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Target settlement within 5–15 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: 15–60 minutes
• Cryptocurrency: 15–60 minutes (subject to blockchain confirmation times)

Naga3388 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Processing may be delayed for accounts under AML review, pending dispute resolution, or where fraud indicators are present.

Any withdrawals derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements and maximum cash-out limits applicable to the relevant bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance prior to withdrawal processing.

Naga3388 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's individual terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement" or "rollover") before any winings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated at the time of claiming. Common requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
2. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round is MYR 500 unless a lower limit is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding the maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active will result in the and any associated winnings being voided.
3. Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each bet. Live casino table games, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and video poker typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's full terms.
4. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated Wagering Requirement progress that has not been completed within the expiry window will be automatically removed from your Account.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may forfeit the deposit bonus.
6. Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus Play: Certain bonuses cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
7. Bonus Abuse: Naga3388 reserves the right to void bonuses, withold winnings, and close Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other form of exploitation promotional offers is identified.

All games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or are conducted by live human dealers via real-time video stream from licensed studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided in good faith based on the game developer's certified configurations and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during a game round, the round may be declared void and all wagers refunded to the Player's Account. Naga3388's decision in relation to the outcome of any disputed game round, made in good faith after review of server-side logs, is final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by title, game category, and VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within each game interface.

For sports betting, all wagers are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA, UFC). In-play bets are subject to additional terms regarding connectivity and market availability. Naga3388 reserves the right to void bets where manifestly incorrect odds were published due to technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration by any person under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment methods belonging to a third party;
• Collusion with other Players or with casino staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting wagering requirements through low-variance play strategies with the primary intent of extracting bonus value, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other accounts;
• Any attempt to hack, compromise, or interfere with the Platform's systems, servers, or databases;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other use of the Platform for illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Naga3388 staff or other Players.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to Naga3388 name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, and software, is the exclusive property of Naga3388 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Naga3388 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from gambling outcomes, technical failures, service interruptions, or force majeure events.

Naga3388's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements and subject to AML compliance checks. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Naga3388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withold associated Balances pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request;
• Player's own self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gambling programme;
• Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12+ consecutive months may be administratively closed with prior email notice).

In the event of any dispute relating to the operation of the Platform, game outcomes, or financial transactions, the Player should contact our support team in the first instance. Naga3388 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and within reasonable timeframe. Server-side logs are the authoritative record of all game outcomes and transactions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority governing our gaming licence, whose decision shall be binding.

Naga3388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or by prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendments.
